Hey ladies I had a 3-day bleeding or spotting on March 26th to the 28th and I've taken pregnancy test all came back negative. I'm supposed to start my period on the 12th but I'm not even having any PMS symptoms. I do have PCOS. Can anyone help me understand what's going on?

If you have pcos and can go months without a cycle is it possible that was a cycle? When was your last cycle? Are you tracking ovulation w opk?

The bleeding could have been ovulation related. Spotting can happen for so many reasons. If it is due to implantation you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days. So the spotting you had wouldnt be implantation related.
