Custody

I currently have sole custody of my 2 children. Their father has been very abusive in every possible way. I have evidence of domestic violence, holes punched in walls, holes in doors, broken window, including him injuring 1 of the the children while he was raging. Evidence of neglect while he was watching the children as well. He was fired from his job for sexual battery at work with 3 victims. They didn't press charges following him being fired. I got the police report and statements and was just wondering if this is something i could use to help prove my children arent safe to be alone with him. If it comes down to it. I do not leave the kids with him, if he requests to see them, i meet in a public place. I feel he only requests to control me and plant an image of him that he wants in the kids head though.
