It is one thing to have a kink that your partner agrees to role-play with you. Meaning, pretending to breed with you, but not actually getting you pregnant. Really getting you pregnant may not be what your partner actually wants. If you say it's a kink, then he's going to go along with it and say I'm going to get you pregnant... but this is role-playing under the agreement that it's a kink and not actually wanting you pregnant. 
You also said you are having a problem with the men you see not wanting to continue dating you. I think if you are actually trying to get pregnant and not just having a kink, this could be why they do not want to continue dating you. You are looking to have an actual baby. They are just looking to have kinky sex.

Breeding kink is not actually getting pregnant. It’s the idea of getting pregnant but not actually becoming pregnant. Pregnancy can happen if there aren’t any forms of birth control being used. Many people with a breeding kink use a form of birth control. I have a breeding kink with my partners that I’ve been with for 14 years. I have an IUD in. If someone isn’t being safe with it then that’s their fault. Like any kink, you need to be safe.
