What do you do after trying to conceive?

What are you supposed to do after baby making while you wait to see if my period comes or not?
Are there supposed to be any symptoms the day after your ovulation day? I'm just anxious to know! 
What brand of pregnancy test works best and is accurate?

You go on with normal life lol. No there isnt supposed to be or not to be any specific symptoms. Best not to symptom spot. Testing can begib at 10+ dpo

If you’re not already you should start taking prenatal with folic acid when TTC. Also be aware of some things you should avoid- Advil is one of them. I wouldn’t drink personally at that time. Other than that all you can do is wait.

Nothing dif just try to stay busy to distract yourself lol. You won’t have any symptoms til a few days before your missed period at the earliest, and sometimes you don’t even have dif symptoms early on.
Any test is good, I actually prefer cheapie tests. I used to get premom strips on Amazon. They were always consistently some of the first tests to show a positive line, seems to catch it consistently earliest for me! You can get 30 strips for like $11 too so def cheaper than other tests and I’ve never had any false readings with them
