7dpo - implantation bleeding??

Any help is massively appreciated x 
I got a positive ovulation test on wed 10th April, me and my partner did the deed 4 days before this positive and 3 days after the positive result. According to the app I’m around 7dpo. Went to the toilet this morning and had lotion type CM, went to toilet this afternoon and there was brown when I wiped, went 20 mins later and was watery brown darker then before. Just gone now and there’s a small bit on a panty liner and barely anything when I wipe now. Sorry for the TMI pics. 
Could this be implantation bleeding? I never had it with my first so I’m not entirely sure but I’m also not due on for another 9/10 days so don’t think it’s AF either.

Just an update, started my period yesterday. Quite disappointed but just waiting to get it over and done with and to start trying again. Fingers crossed next month is our month!! Taking my little one to Disneyland Paris month too which is the week I’m due on so hoping that Disney dust will give us the good news I’m hoping for aha! Xx

Also a lot of my friends who have kids when they first got symptoms some of them said they had cold or flu like symptoms iv been coughing sneezing chills fever headache I don’t want to take any medicine but I have to go back to Tuesday and I cant miss any more days of work if I’m still feeling crappy are there any otc that I can take but won’t hurt anything

So this is like totally random but i was getting dressed for work and my bra doesn’t fit like the bra that i wore just like 4 days ago and now it Doesn’t fit and my breast are hard and definitely getting bigger and I did notice I’ve had heartburn all day and I’ve Only had pizza and water and half of my husband soda and I haven’t had heartburn since my last pregnancy in January could that be symptoms

The spotting fully stopped for me I also took a test also still negative I’m not due for my period til the 25th I believe I’m still confused with you girl

The discharge is gone it came but one but it’s gone now I had some cramps on the my lower right side little bit ago my boobs starting having this numb sensation on and off don’t know if that’s one I did feel in my first pregnancy that I lost little over two months ago at 7 weeks

Update!! 
so after the brown spotting yesterday, last night it looked asif it was turning more pink with a tint of red so I put a tampon in as I was at my sisters and didn’t have anything else available and woke up this morning and it looks like this. Which looks to me like it’s just brown discharge or it’s stopped completely now? Implantation bleeding? As I’m not due on for another 8/9 days now and never had anything like this before not Even with my first pregnancy. However did a HcG strip this morning and negative, too early still? Xx
