Period or Implantation post miscarriage

Tmi BUT we had a miscarriage in March and I bled for about a week my levels were at 14 the at 0 a few days later. We have been trying since. I started spotting yesterday but ONLY when i wipe. Put a pad on overnight and pretty much nothing. No cramps no clots no nothing. Could it be implantation or am I realistically starting my period. Im devastated Ive been crying all morning because Im afraid my body is broken and baby #2 will never happen for me. It was a brown rusty color last night as well.
