Is this an inflamed milia idk what to do ☠️

So it is a bit red and inflamed right now. I noticed it first as a small white dot on the border of my lip and had the bright idea to poke it with a needle to try and pop it out. Well needless to say that didn’t go to plan and that was a week or so ago. It hurt for a few days and was swollen and red. Eventually it stopped hurting as bad but still felt pressure I guess would be the best way to put it. So I had the bright idea to take a freaking needle again last night to try and pop it again 😅 I know really smart. Blame the wine. Now my lip has a freaking heartbeat and hurts like hell not to mention looks awful! The small small white bump I had two weeks ago looked better than this crap and didnt hurt either! So I guess does anyone had any advice to help get the swelling down and my lip looking normal again. I’m for sure done messing with it now. I’ve never had a history of cold sores only the rare Kanker sore inside my mouth if I drink too much soda. I was 99% sure it started as just a clogged oil gland and I pissed it off but now it won’t go back to normal.
