42 with first!

I was beyond excited when I got pregnant at 41! Now at 42 my baby is here! I had very easy pregnancy! Due to my “age” I was scheduled to be induced at 39 weeks! After 36 hours of cervix softening attempts I was only 1/2 a centimeter dilated. After much thought and consideration i took the elective c section as next step and my baby girl arrived healthy and safe!
