My sweet little baby was born Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday night I didn’t sleep a wink! Whenever she fell asleep after breastfeeding I put her down into the bassinet and she would cry within minutes. It was hard because she was so sleepy she would barely breastfeed before she would fall right asleep. We came home from the hospital today (Thursday) and again tonight every time I set her down she cries within minutes. It’s so tough! My husband held her while I slept for about an hour early this evening from 9-10. I fear that’s all the sleep I’m going to get tonight! Anyone else experiencing something similar? I hope this passes soon!
