Orally Transmitted

I’m feeling pretty stressed and shamed at the same time. I’m in a relationship but there is a guy from time to time that will pay me just to give me head and I had been doin that before my relationship I know I’m in the wrong but I continued anyway for the money. I received oral from him on 4/6. I had a OBGYN appointment on 4/8 to discuss new birth control options so I went ahead and got tested. I was negative but a few days ago I started to feel off down there. I asked the guy if he had been with anyone he said I’m the only person he gives oral to and he wears condoms when he is active but doesn’t wear a condom when he receives oral. I went to urgent care today and when they checked for a UTI I didn’t have one I won’t know my STD results until Monday or Tuesday. The doctor tried to ease my mind telling me she had a similar experience feeling off down there after a sexual encounter but everything was fine. I’m hoping that’s the case because I’m so scared to have to confess my wrong doing and wondering if he’ll forgive me or leave me . Have any of you had experiences where u felt weird down there after a sexual encounter but had negative STD results?
