Help period after d &c

So I had to have a d & c in February bc we lost our baby at 10weeks 5days. My first period after was very light and only lasted 3 days. Now im 4 days late on my period, have cramps like im going to start but no period. And all my pregnancy tests have been negative. I tried opk to track ovulation and they never seem to be positive. I need help if anyone has experienced this. It’s made me stress and worry that I can’t get pregnant again after the d&c 😭😭 I’m just so sad and defeated
