Implantation bleeding?

So I’m on nexplanon and have been for months and I never bleed. I woke up with blood like this. Can anyone tell me if it’s implantation bleeding or just my BC being weird. I also am cramping.

More than likely just side effects of the Nexplanon. Bleeding or spotting can happen at any given time, regardless of what ur previous patterns (or lack there of) have been like.

I would say no. On nexplanon I bled 6 months straight and the other time I was spotting weird just like that. I had it for 2 years before I was completely fed up.
