If your sitter is late to daycare pickup, do you make them pay the late fee?

I work 9-5 and hired a lady from my church to pick up my daughter from daycare. The latest pickup time is 5 pm and until I get my new line at work in June, I can't pick up my daughter from daycare by 5pm. I pay my sitter $20 to pick up my daughter and watch her until 5:15/5:30 when I get home.

She's been late 4 times in the past month. The late fee is $10 for every 5 minutes you're late. I've paid it so far ($80!!!) but we never discussed who would pay the late fee because she said she had no problem picking up my daughter on time.

Would it be weird to ask her to pay the late fee out of her own pocket? It's the expectation that she picks up my daughter on time. I talk to her each time it happens and she's very apologetic but always has an excuse. I can tough it out until June but more late fees is not fun...
