37w 4d. Help Am I in early labor?

Question

For almost more than 12 hours I am getting contractions, with an interval of 1 to 1 and half hours. Intensity not increased and interval not reduced yet..just getting prepared to know whats actually going on and what can I expect next?

No they’re just practice contractions. I’ve been in false labor for a week. ContrCtions every 3-5 minutes for HOURS then they stop. Been to L&D 2x this week thinking it’s time and there’s no cervical changes so I’m sent home. 🙃 enjoy the spread apart ones because these ones are no joke

You’re having prelabor. Your body is preparing 💛 I have prelabor with all of my babies. I’m on #4 now. With all of mine I experience the same thing starting from about 36 weeks and I always finally go into labor right before 40 week mark. So don’t be surprised if you have this happen for another couple of weeks. 
Good news is that these contractions very well could cause some cervical change (dilation)  which makes labor shorter! I’m always walking around 5-6 cm dilated for a few weeks before true labor starts and then have my babies within 4 hours. It’s crazy honestly lol

It’s not considered labor unless it’s more than 4 in an hour or having one every 3-5 minutes
