7 week old baby :- is something wrong? Worried mama

7 week old baby staring at light or walls. Is NOT smiling socially. Sometimes smiles at weird angles. It follows sound, but not people. If I call, baby doesn't turn its head.

I am scared about autism and not socially smiling, not looking at face scares me.

Also, it has a weird hand movement like flapping( noticed mainly on right hand) as it learning how to bring hand to mouth. Don't they get it just like that?

It stares at light for hours on end. That's another weird thing. I am so so worried.

Google says that socially smiling is a milestone at 7 weeks. ( This worries me so much )
