Pregnant three weeks after miscarriage???

It’s been almost three weeks after my miscarriage. I was almost 7 weeks. I bleed for a week, went to the ER and everything had passed. Hcg kept going down. My partner and I haven’t been careful since, we both wanted to try again. Since friday my symptoms are coming back and getting stronger. I took test and got a strong positive. What really threw me off is that the first thing that I noticed before I knew the miscarriage was happening was that the symptoms completely disappeared and now they’re back. Nausea, feeling lightheaded and very sore boobs😖. Just got some bloodwork and waiting for the results. Could this be a new pregnancy?
