Pregnant three weeks after miscarriage? Is it possible?

It's been almost three weeks after my miscarriage. I was almost 7 weeks. I bleed for a week, went to the ER and everything had passed. Didn’t need D&C. Hcg was initially 7000 something, in 4 days it went from 4890 to 1580 (last Monday). So I thought that by now it would be close to 0. My partner and I haven't been careful since, we both wanted to try again. Since friday my symptoms are coming back and getting stronger. I took test and got a strong positive. What really threw me off is that the first thing that I noticed before I knew the miscarriage was happening was that the symptoms completely disappeared and now they're back. Nausea that comes and go, feeling lightheaded and very sore boobs. First test was done yesterday at noon and the second one today at 8 pm. Does the second one look stronger? 😩. Got some bloodwork and waiting for the results. Ive been having cramps and before the second test I got some brown/jelly like discharge (sorry for the TMI). Could this be a new pregnancy?
