What exactly is considered spotting?
Is blood tingled cervical mucus when wiping or checking cervix considered spotting? I don’t get any spotting in my underwear, it’s so light. Would I enter this as spotting in my Fertility Friends app?
Don’t come for me. I’m very gentle when checking my cervix and use a finger glove to avoid anything dirty under my nails getting up in there. Just genuinely curious what is spotting exactly. Google isn’t helpful.
