Abnormal 21 week ultrasound findings

I really hope everything come back good with my ultrasound tomorrow after the doctor finding abnormalities. Nipt came back normal and no concerns. Baby didn’t want to cooperate at all, change positions at all for them to get good scanning of his head and spine 🥹🥹 I been crying and hoping he’s fine all day!! I’m talking about he had his legs and arms over his head when I turned he turned 😂 prayers please
