Ovulation pain?

How common is it to be able to feel when you’re ovulating? I’ve only ever talked to a couple people who can. My ovaries hurt SO bad. And it spreads down into my hips and legs too. Is this normal?

I can feel when I’m ovulating. My tubes hurt so bad and I’m extremely bloated and I get pain in my hips and legs too, almost like the circulation in my legs isn’t great but I know it’s to do with ovulating. I’m even more hormonal during ovulation compared to when I’m on my period also. Eat a lot more too.
