Hey so my kid he’s two this break out just appeared overnight! And it does bother him cause he scratches and say mommy itchy. What could this be never had rashes break outs. We use all clear detergent and non scented /no chemicals for everything. The first picture is when he wakes up Nd it’s so dry and the last picture I push some coconut oil on it and it stops. He has his two year check up next week! But was wondering if anyone had this similar and its all on him bottom n back
