Is night sickness a thing?

Does any experience more sickness at night? Idk why but instead of getting super sick in the morning I get sick and heartburn and everything at night…
Please I hope I’m not alone…

I was always worse at night!! I contributed it to being over tired from work, kids, life lol. I was usually fine until about 1-2pm and then bam. It hit me almost daily for months. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, it’s so much worse at night. My Dr says because your sugar drops when your body is stationary. I started eating dairy before bed. Sometimes it’s a bowl of cereal, ice cream or strawberry milk. It’s been a lifesaver for me!
