Cramps
I started my period yesterday afternoon I’ve never had such bad cramps like this one it won’t go away with any medication, teas, or any heating pads, it’s the first time I’ve felt like throwing up during my period, body feels weak and it’s hard to get out of bed.
Is this normal?
