Any mamas that are prone to UTIs ?

So once I became sexually active I’ve always had issues with utis. I’ve only had 1 partner ever (my current husband) they’ve gotten a lot better over the years not nearly as often, we started trying to conceive about a month ago and I already got one. I suspect the increased sexual activity and his semen might be a trigger. How can we conceive if she can’t handle the semen?! Were a bit discouraged now 😢

And tips or tricks would be so appreciated and helpful 🙏🏻
