29 weeks and nipple problems?

I am 29 weeks with my first. Lately I’ve been noticing at the end of the day there’s like some dry crusty white stuff on my nipples. But I’ve also noticed my left nipple almost seems clogged? There’s little white pumps on the nipple and I can squeeze out a tiny little piece of white crusty stuff. I assume this is just dried milk/colostrum.

Is it bad to start trying to squeeze it out this early? It’s just uncomfortable. Or is there a different way to get rid of the plugged stuff?
