Implant bleeding or spotting

Took a pregnancy test over a week ago it was negative then felt my lower stomach get a sharp pain the other day. Have recently came of the implant so haven’t had my first period yet. Woke up this morning and went for a wee there was a tiny bit of blood. Two hours later it looks like the below. Am I just starting my period or implant bleeding ? More pink then red
