Miscarriage Day 1 of cycle?

I had a miscarriageat 8 weeks and 2 days. Took some pulls the doctor gave me to help pass the tissues. This was April 12 im still bleeding but its light now. My question is.... is this part of my cycle? Is the bleeding consider day 1?

It’s technically not your cycle but for tracking wise in the app, count it as cycle day 1. Bleeding day 1 for tracking purposes will be the day you began fully bleeding. I’m so sorry for your loss

I would assume this is due to the media tip and miscarriage. Check in with your doctor.

First sorry for you loss! Second I just asked my Dr this (6w3d loss) and he said bleeding is NOT considered cycle day one but I’ve read you can ovulate as soon as 2 weeks from your loss so I don’t think there is much clarity because everyone is so different. But my Dr said it’s not considered a period it’s considered a loss and the first cycle after would count but this bleeding does not??
