Entry level jobs when looking for a new career

I am looking to switch career fields, do I need to jump straight into college? I have no clue how people find jobs they like. I don’t even know what I am looking to do, I am burned out, depressed because of this job, and I need to get out asap 😭

*I have no clue what I’m switching to, I’ve worked in nursing homes since my teen years, never done anything else
