Could I make a police report?

My boyfriend and I were having sex and it started to hurt so I told him to stop. He didn’t want to listen and kept trying. When I was insistent, he pulled out and moved away from me. He lit a cigarette and told me to just leave. I was like “what why?” He was like “why? Why’d you make me stop?” I told him and he insisted that I was just making it up then kept saying to leave. I was trying to reason with him and he was like “either leave or I’ll make you leave”. I asked what he meant and he said “I’ll push you out” and then repeated himself. I said “I wish you would just talk to me instead” and I guess he got tired of talking to me because he gripped me by my arms and pulled me up. I tried to push him off me because I wanted to at least grab my keys and put my shoes on. He told me he would get them for me and threw me onto his porch. My arms were red and you can see a fingerprint on my left arm. I told him I would call and he said he’d tell them I was refusing to leave so he didn’t care. I get self defense but he’s a big dude (6ft4, muscular) and I’m a lot smaller than him. First picture is after 2 hours, second pic is next day.
