Cooking dinner for tonight any ideas??

Hello so Im always the one who cooks dinner, im really bored of cooking the same stuff, like casserole, pasta bake,  has anyone got an idea of what I could cook? anything with chicken would be helpful 🫶🏻

I make stuffed bell peppers a lot or stuffed chicken breast!!
Stuffed Bell Peppers 
Take hamburger meat, bread, onion powder, garlic powder, mix it all together like a meat loaf and stuff in a bell pepper. 
I normally cook it in a crock pot but you can also bake them!! 
Stuffed chicken breasts 
I take a chicken breast slice it open and stuff it with a mixture of cream cheese, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and a ranch packet. 
Then use toothpicks to hold the breast together and wrap in bacon 💕💕

Chicken fajitas.. I normally add a little bit of double cream to the seasoned chicken to make it saucy.. put it in a wrap with cheese and put it in the oven or do quesadillas

You can fry ground chicken, add a little queso cheese and put it onto buns. With burger fixings. for a chicken queso slider. Works well with ground beef as well.

Smoke some chicken, then pulse it a few times in a food processor. Throw it in a air tight container it's good for a few days. Can be used to make a smoked chicken grilled cheese, street tacos, quesadillas, different heavy chicken dips, etc. very versatile.

I love cooking chicken fried rice, chicken and cheese quesadillas, and chicken tacos. Super quick and easy meals that are yummy and keep my kids happy 😊
