Orgasm caused me to bleed ??

Hey everyone before I go to the doctor, I wanted to see what you guys opinion is. I ended my period on the 23rd. I have been sexually active all of April. I slept with my partner three times in April. I finally had an orgasm after not having an orgasm for for a really long time. The last time I slept with my partner was April 28 th at 1am . The next day, I noticed that I was spotting. It has been three days and I am still spotting today. The blood is a little bit more heavier. is it possible that he ruptured something inside of me? On my app, it says that I’m supposed to be ovulating, but instead of ovulating I am bleeding/ spotting . it can’t be my period because I already had my period and I’m not cramping. Has anyone else ever had this happened to them?
