I’ve just been diagnosed with obstetric APS after 3 losses and told I will need to take aspirin 75mg and fragmin during pregnancy, in the original letter it says aspirin to take pre conception but in another letter it it’s just says both during pregnancy, surely the aspirin should be before I get pregnant right ? What was you guys told ? Did you take aspirin before conception or only once you had a positive test?
