At 4 weeks, I started bleeding. I’ve had miscarriages before, and even though my hcg levels were increasing at 3 was+4, it wasn’t doubling. It’s been over a week since the bleeding started and I’m still getting positive tests.

I know it can take a while for the hcg to fall back down again however if i was only 4 weeks when the bleeding started, then it should be out of my system by now at over a week later. It wasn’t high when I got my bloodwork done at 3 weeks 4 days along, so I don’t know what to think right now.

With my other miscarriages, I was testing negative by the time the bleeding stopped.
