Could I be pregnant?

I’ve been on nexplanon for awhile now, this is my third insertion, there was about a 6 month gap in between the last removal and this insertion, I’ve had it in for about three months now no issues, my last period ended march 11th and hasn’t come back as well as now for the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing pregnancy like symptoms, I’ve taken two pregnancy tests about a week apart, both negative, but I’m still worried because of these symptoms, cramping, bloating, slight nausea, back pain, and tummy aches. As well as the feeling of twitching and throbbing in my uterus? Idk how else to explain that feeling. I feel crazy bc I know most of the symptoms of this birth control are also along those lines, I just feel so anxious because I’ve never felt this way with the other two nexplanon implants I’ve had. I’ve never experienced cramps without bleeding. So that’s the most worrying symptom. I’ve ordered more pregnancy tests from Amazon, is it possible I could’ve tested too early? Or maybe too late? Can you test too late? IDK but I’ve been stressing about this for a few weeks and I’m so tired of being stressed if I’m not actually pregnant. Any advice would be helpful, thank yall in advance.
