Lost my mucus plug twice?

Advice is very much appreciated please. so i was 23 weeks hospitalized for bleeding it stopped though never found the cause of it. Once sent home i lost what seemed to be my bloody show. it was confirmed at doctors visit to be my mucus plug. I was given progesterone capsules to insert to stop cervix from shortening. Everything cleared up and got better. Now at 28 weeks i have lost a really superrrr thick mucus like discharge. Just wondering if you can lose it multiple times? with me having complications should i be worried or keep an eye out? The bloody pics were from 23/24 weeks. Clear snot like is from today, 28 weeks
