waiting untill baby is born to announce

i wanna wait until the baby is born to announce my pregnancy ive never heard of anyone doing this before so i feel like its kind of crazy but for a short backstory my first daughter was stillborn and my husbands family made the whole experience way more traumatizing than it already was and i want to protect my peace during this pregnancy and surround me and my baby with only positivity and love so far ive only told my husband and my mom and my husband agreed to not tell his family but idk how long he can hold out for im 20 weeks and he already told like 5 of our close friends also i dont see his family ever so i wouldnt have to hide the bump but im wondering how long is too long like should i wait untill im in the third trimester or untill baby is born or when to announce to his family and my extended family and what do yall think like honest opinions is this crazy
