panicking and how to stop
hey all,
i’m a girl with heavy anxieties, and i panic almost 24/7. this has a toll on me with its physical effects, and also my partner. i can’t figure out for the life of me how to control this, because no matter how hard i try, i can never calm down. i get a panic attack almost everyday - and i wanted to see if anyone had the same experience as me, and has found any methods to help? thank you so much xx
