What are puree food should i give to start my baby to eat? Anyone??

We were told (from 6 months here but talk to your doc) but start with iron rich foods like the fortified baby cereal

Always check with your pediatrician you baby has to meet signs of readiness. We had our 4m old appointment last week and got the clear to feed purées stage 1 once per day.
