Can you hear baby’s Heartbeat at 12 weeks via Utz?

Hi Mommies! On my 12th week I had an Obgyne check up and had Ultrasound, I can see the heart beat but no sound heard. When I asked the doctor she told us that its too early to hear it. But I saw some post from other mommies that they already heard thier baby’s heartbeat as early as 9 weeks. 😅 I got a bit worried. Have you had same experience?

I was told they don’t turn on the sound this early anymore as it’s not good for baby. We did see the heart beating though and the midwife was able to measure it and tell us BPM. Was looking forward to hearing the heartbeat like my first pregnancy but I guess at my 20week ultrasound I will.
