I got off my very abnormally light period 4 days ago, and I have felt like crap all day and have been having cramps for the last hour. Pretty strong ones. I got my IUD out almost 3 months ago my husband and I are actively trying, we aren’t <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> officially but we have sex often enough that I’m sure I’ve been ovulating when we have sex.

Since taking out the IUD my periods are regular but have never been this light. Could the cramping be from implantation? I usually never cramp after my period. Only before or during!
