Lower back pain early pregnancy?

UPDATE: woke up this morning and back pain is gone 😊🙌

Anybody experience extreme lower back pain in early pregnancy? I am 6 weeks and 2 days and have been having lower back pain ONLY on my right side since yesterday I’m not bleeding or spotting (I haven’t at all so far) I just have cramps that come and go that I’ve had since I found out at 4 weeks and fatigue/ really sore breast! I had my first ultrasound Friday and all was good I was measuring right on time 6 weeks exactly and seen a heart beat of 113 bpm which is great as they only wanted 90-110 at that point but I just want to make sure this lower back pain is normal and not and indication of miscarriage I’m really concerned as I don’t have another scan until the 28th and it is really hurting
