Anybody has low hcg need advice

Hi I’m in such a difficult situation and really stuck in limbo. Hoping somebody can help me. I am 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow and had hcg levels everywhere.

So I had a slow rise to begin with and then started doubling properly in just so confused they’re so low for gestation anybody else been in this situation?
