Worried about cystic fibrosis

Has anyone experienced salty tasting forehead and hairline in a healthy baby? I came across an article about cystic fibrosis and decided to try how my 4month old’s forehead tasted like. I could feel a salty taste, so I have been panicking all the time and obsessively licking my poor LO’s head since then. However, as far as I know everybody’s sweat is salty, so I was wondering if it could be normal after all? Has anyone experienced something similar? On the other parts of the body, the baby is not salty, just the forehead and hairline. Also, I wanted to add that I live in Europe, in a country that doesn’t screen for CF.
