Toddler 14 ‘months old

I have a 14 months old son. He is very healthy, happy and energetic toddler. Eating very well.

He already says a lots of words like mom,dad, duck, car,yes, no,wave bye or say hi, pointing and say there, this or here, Apple, blueberry, cheese and bread and few words more. He has a good eye contact.he responds to his name.Loves playing with older people or kids and toddlers like his same age.

Lately I saw him opening and closing his hand but not consistently. Also walking tip toe but like he tip toe for like 3 seconds and then back to flat ground walking and not tipping toe again. Should I be worried?

I'm just a new mom and searching internet is making me scared cause a lot of stuff coming up.
