15dpo start of somthing

I’m 15dpo today the first bottom was about an hour after the first 15dpo then i wanted to double check again . Took a first response it was negative but had a faint positive on a rexall test . My LH is super dark also still have high temps . Only symptoms is headaches and nausea . Has anybody gotten a positive after 15dpo ?
