My baby hasn’t pooped in two days and he is 7 weeks old, how can I help him?

He is fine. As long as there isn’t any hard pellet poops he is not constipated. 
Breastmilk fed can go 10-12days without pooping. 
Formula fed can go 7-10days.

Is your baby breastfed? Breastfed babies can go more than a week without pooping and it isn’t cause for concern. Unless baby starts really struggling to poop and poop is hard pellets, then you know they’re constipated and intervention may be needed.
