LH surges while EBF 8 mo son

Last month I’ve started to feel cramping on both sides of my ovaries which I though was bizarre. I started to test my LH levels and I had a pretty high surge (for me). I only needed .92 LH to conceive my son. I have not had a period yet. Any insight?
