Signs of miscarriage?

Hi I’m at 7wks and had my ultrasound on Monday saying the baby was only the size of 5wks. I also started spotting/bit of bleeding yesterday until now. Does anyone know if it’s something to worry about? Doctors couldn’t say anything but to wait for another ultrasound in 2 weeks 😕
