Mild cramping at 11 weeks?

Just hit. 11 weeks and started to feel cramping again like at 3-5 weeks very very mild but def feel it throughout the day. Mr google says normal from growth of uterus but always love to hear other mamas experiences directly!

I had lots of pain in week 13. Sharp abdominal and lower back pains that lasted all day long. Occasionally I would get pain through my inner thigh, too. This lasted for 2-3 days then went away. I'm sure they will return as my uterus continues to grow! I don't remember this with my previous 2 pregnancies, but I'm pregnant with twins now, so I imagine my uterus is just stretching a lot more than it's ever had to before.

My cramps started around 4 weeks. I’m 6 weeks now and they haven’t stopped. They come every single day about a handful of times a day and last anywhere from a few seconds to maybe a minute. My hCG levels are more than doubling. I take my prenatal, drink water, eat well and walk at least 3-5 miles a day. No ultrasound yet but I did have a good appointment with OB, she found no issues. Every mama is different so it’s good to talk to your OB instead. Just know you are not alone
