13 weeks 2 days spotting

Hi. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage previously at 6w3d. I’ve had no spotting till this morning. I woke up to the first picture where it was more like red tinged discharge. I took a nap and woke up to more blood, but only when I wiped and kinda went up a bit. I have a Doppler and heart rate is still the same as it always is. They told me before I don’t need to go in unless I fill a pad in 2 hrs. None of this blood has even made it to a pad, and I just used the bathroom and it’s back to discharge tinged again. Had this happened to anyone else? I have no cramping at all either. Should I go in tomorrow if it continues? I have an appt of course on Wednesday, & office closed on Monday. I have never had a SCH so I am lost. & worried if it’s something else.
